A Suite of Clean Rooms – Quay Pharma

This project comprised the construction of several clean rooms within what was previously a warehouse

 The clean rooms were built using a specialist Italian modular partition wall system designed for sterile and controlled environments. The rooms were serviced with Nitrogen and compressed air supplies and ATEX rated lighting and power outlets. The mezzanine floor we built above housed the highly honed HVAC system that provided the filtered air changes and pressure cascades. The floors were screeded in a hard-wearing polyurethane screed that allowed for any movement in the existing concrete floor slab.
