Creation of a 3 Laboratories with Change Areas, Wash Rooms & Writing up Offices

This project involved converting existing offices into 3 large laboratories (Formulation Development, QC and Analytical Labs respectively) with associated Changing Rooms and Writing-up offices. 

The project was completed within time and budget

Specification:  138 linear meters of Trespa Athlon bench tops with under-bench cupboards

60  linear meters of reagent tray with 440 electrical outlets

316 grade s/steel under-slung sinks with chrome taps and eye showers

Emergency drench shower with floor drain

Nitrogen gas generator with grid distribution to each bench

Air compressor with grid distribution to each bench

PVC extraction system with LEV arms and safe-change system

4 fume cupboards with inverter control systems

Anti-microbial floor and wall surfaces

Secured pvc ceiling grid tiles

Hepa filtered glass-wear washers
